parini, are you using only RTSS or the in-game FPS limiter to limit to 162 FPS?

Don't use both at the same time. Use only one.

Also, are you sure you are at 165Hz? Can you embed a screenshot of this to confirm:

parini, you are definitely at 165Hz, thanks for the image.

If you are using G-SYNC + V-SYNC + 162 FPS limit with RTSS or in-game limiter (again, don't use both, use only one), the only way you can be getting stutter, is if the game is causing it.

Have you tried turning G-SYNC and V-SYNC off, and seeing if the games are still stuttering? If they are, G-SYNC can't fix that stutter.
