Choosing between 240Hz non-ULMB versus 120Hz ULMB is a tool-selection job (screwdriver versus hammer).

For many people, different modes may work better for different games:
-- For gaming with recent graphics-heavy games that fluctuates framerates a lot, you may choose to do 240Hz VRR (G-SYNC or FreeSync)
-- For eSports type games at 500fps you might use VSYNC OFF.
-- For games with lots of eye tracking of hard-to-see objects, 120/144Hz ULMB (on monitors that can do it well) -- check HOWTO: Using ULMB Beautifully or Competitively.
etc.

For Overwatch (game from blizzard) 120/144Hz ULMB will be best?
If yes, which monitor?

I'd currently recommend any of the ones that gives you maximum choice -- being able to choose to play with VRR, strobing, and VSYNC OFF. That gives you all modes for all kinds of different gaming. Here are the available monitors that have a bigger range of modes (strobed, variable refresh rates, etc)

* BenQ/Zowie XL2540 - 240Hz / FreeSync / MBR
* BenQ/Zowie XL2546 - 240Hz / FreeSync / DyAc
* Acer XB252Q - 240Hz / G-SYNC / ULMB
* Acer XB272Q - 240Hz / G-SYNC / ULMB
* ASUS ROG PG258Q - 240Hz / G-SYNC / ULMB
Remember ULMB only works with NVIDIA cards, however.

Oh i mean 144hz :P
Which monitor 144Hz 1920x1080 around 24" is BEST for ULMB?

Just to be clear:
Do you want 120Hz ULMB or 144Hz ULMB?

144Hz monitors can do ULMB only at 120Hz
240Hz monitors can do ULMB all the way up to 144Hz (often at >300 nits) so they are better & brighter ULMB monitors.

BTW, there's a list of ULMB-capable monitors at Official List of Best Gaming Monitors.

I can only say from what i have experience with. The pg258q is nice because of its brightness. With strobbing sometimes brightness can get low due to the backlight being on for less time. The pg258q is very bright normally letting you use ULMB and still have great brightness. If you have an nvidia card it does gsync 240hz which is what i use currently for overwatch. I prefer gsync high refresh because i use high sesitivity on my mouse which makes muscle memory aiming less precise. So i watch the screen and click when the crosshair lines up. 240hz gsync provides the best smoothness for that style but there are situations where i prefer 144hz ULMB. I play pharah so when i aim at a genji i have to track aim him untill i find a predictable spot he will be. Moving the mouse slow and tracking is much clearer with ULMB. I can see every animation and position of the genji clearly.

Good luck finding a screen. Overwatch is a great game for high refesh/fast response/strobing monitors.

Good points. I play with both GSYNC and ULMB depending on the game.

And, yep, the 240Hz monitors are now tending to have the clearest/colorful/brightest ULMB (even at 120Hz and 144Hz) even if you don't use the 240Hz. There are some great 144Hz monitors with very bright 120Hz ULMB but the 240Hz monitors are even better at their ULMB abilities and more reliably less strobe crosstalk.

ULMB brightness is important when using ULMB competitively. ULMB definitely give you "less human lag" when used properly by allowing you to react faster without motion blur in the games that aren't so "crosshairs-focussed" or "fixed-gaze-focussed". ULMB really helps you when you're forced to track eyes all over a very-motion-filled screen at all times.

Is there 240Hz monitor with ULMB to 240hz or will it be?
