Poor image quality after bad reboot

I can't tell a whole lot from those screenshots

No icons in common and transparency is on, when the transparency is off you can see pixelation in the taskbar background depending on if it's good or bad

Pretty much all it would take is to find 1 person with a working setup or does everyone elses setup also suck like mine?

Can't really understand alot of that

It's still bizarre to me that in 2019 i can't get the output quality i had in 2015/2016

It's like the monitors we have are capable of so much but they can't because the output quality on the backend is complete shit for whatever reason

The other thing is when the flash in the case occurred from the psu it blew the cable on one of the monitors and it started showing green pixels until i replaced the cable

Not sure how its related
