For lowest lag in situations avoiding blur reduction, 240Hz + DyAc OFF + VSYNC OFF
For lowest lag blur reduction, 240Hz + DyAc ON
For situations requiring better motion clarity (at the expense of more lag), 120Hz-180Hz DyAc with Large Veritcal Totals are best, especially when combined with VSYNC ON or the other low-lag VSYNC tricks (e.g. RTSS scanline sync).

PUBG doesn't provide 240 FPS even on i9-9900K and RTX 2080 Ti, you're better off with a solution listed above and 120 Hz mode.
BenQ XL2546, i9-9900K @ 5.0 GHz, RTX 2080 Ti, 32GB (2 x 16GB) 3200 MHz CL14 RAM, Asrock Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac.
