g-sync does not work

g-sync does not work
I tried to reinstall the driver, nothing helps, I entered the game in full-screen mode, too, nothing works (if g-sync is on, the indicator on my monitor should be red, but it is always white)

A bit more information please. What game? Does it affect all games or just one?

Maybe the monitor's indicator is broken. Enable the nvidia g-sync indicator instead. You do that in the nvidia panel. Select the g-sync section, and then enable the indicator in one of the menus at the top of the control panel window.
When you run a game, a g-sync logo should appear in-game if g-sync is active.
