HELP - 1080p, 144Hz, FreeSync -250€ What monitor to pick?

Hello,
can somebody help me select my new gaming monitor?

1080p, 144Hz and less than 250€. I have 3 monitors I am looking into: the AOC C24G1 (VA panel / 3.97ms input lag), the Samsung C24FG73 (VA / 4ms input lag), the ViewSonic XG2402 (TN / 3.16ms input lag). I also heard of the BenQ ZOWIE XL2411P but don't know what to think of it.
All are Freesync since I use a Vega 56.

I would really like to have something as close to a CRT monitor in terms of clarity. I heard the Samsung and AOC ones had some strobe light effect which could help reproduce this, but I am not sure about it.

Edit: Why do I want to change of display? My Viewsonic VX2457-MHD feels very "choppy" (I think it's due to bad response time?) even though I am at 75Hz. It feels impossible to play some games like Devil May Cry V or Dishonored 2. It makes them horrendous to look at when the camera moves around.

Did you receive it yet? I'm curious what are your thoughts about it. It's also my ideal monitor on paper but I have also read it has problems with BLB, black crush and moving scanlines.
