AUO 240Hz 0,5ms coming anytime soon?

Hey Guys,
I've been researching for the past few months because I was planning on buying a new monitor (I was looking at the BenQ Zowie Xl25X6)models. But I haven't bought one yet as I've waited for the 0,5ms panels to arrive (Supposed to arrive within Q1) , but so far there's no news on that.
I know a few 0,5ms 240Hz models got announced/released in Japan not too long ago. I think it was Acer and IO Data.
Does AUO usually have delays on these releases? How long do you think it would take for BenQ etc to come up with a new Monitor?
Based on previous releases, is there an estimate on when they will be available in western countries?

I know these questions are a bit tricky, but even a rough estimate would help.

Exactly. Also HDR400 on a FHD TN panel I had to laugh the first time I saw this.

Let's hope they improved OD ghosting/overshoot on the newer models to confidently reach that 0.5ms. I mean there should be a reason why this is a newer generation of panels. Maybe even the old ones could reach comparable response times with an insane OD overshoot. The main improvement with these high hz, high performance 1080p TN panels should definitely be better response times probably also through better OD. One can atleast hope.

0.5ms is never really reached anyway. Aslong as their average response time is faster than 4ms they have a justifiable reason to exist. I think average 4ms is current best? Correct me if I'm wrong.

M240HW01 xg2402/xg240r best panel even its old from 2011 its the best

Is rgb the only difference between the xg2402 and the xg240r?
For now I think I'll wait for the joled and the 240 hz panels to come out. I mean I hope they do.

The XG240R allegedly has slightly superior overdrive tuning to the XG2402. I've never used an XG2402, only the XG240R, so I cannot compare them but the XG240R has extremely good overdrive tuning. Very low response times with virtually zero overshoot on OD level 4 (second fastest).
