Want to do the ufo tests with my smartphone but all apps i tried only allow minimal exposure of 1s.
Is there any?
Android app with exposure less than 1s?
Re: Android app with exposure less than 1s?
Do you mean the frame skipping test? 1s exposure is fine with that. Just increase the amount of boxes in the test (there's "vertical count" and "horizontal count" tweaks on the test page.)

That one, ghosting, blur. Read somewhere that 1/4 of second is needed.
Re: Android app with exposure less than 1s?
For the frame skipping test, at least 1/4 sec is needed. Higher is fine. For the other tests, don't use an app. The default exposure time of any phone camera is milliseconds long. Apps are used to increase the exposure time, not decrease it.

Re: Android app with exposure less than 1s?
There are some tricks to force a smartphone to shorten/lengthen camera exposure.
Tricks to decrease exposure
- Increasing screen brightness can help automatically shorten exposure.
- Using windowed mode (instead of full screen) can automatically shorten exposure.
Tricks to increase exposure
- Dim your screen
- Use full screen mode
- Turn off your room lights
