Is this OC Safe :?:

Talk about overclocking displays at a higher refresh rate. This includes homebrew, 165Hz, QNIX, Catleap, Overlord Tempest, SEIKI displays, certain HDTVs, and other overclockable displays.

I have a Sony Bravia XBR-65X850F and Blur-Busters show's it doing 240hz @ 1920x1080

Dose any one know if this is safe to run on this model :?: Guess I should see if it can do 120hz @ 4k ;)

Does it pass the Frame Skipping test? www.testufo.com/frameskipping

Many 240Hz attempted overclocks only show 120 visible refresh cycles per second, with the others skipped.

1080p ok it skips a block at 240 ever other one
1080p @ 144 only one block missing in the middle every line every time ...
@ 4k 120hz no blocks skipped :? .... better than 60hz @ 4k

you would think that at 120hz at 4k it would do 240 at 1080p crazzy will have to try some more tweeks and see what happs. But my games feel so much more smoother at 240 than 120 or 144 on 1080p

True 4K 120Hz is really nice on a 65 inch HDTV! That the mode you probably want to stick with.

...Now, 240Hz 1080p while frameskipping, may actually have less lag because of the Quick Frame Transport effect. You might want to try creating a VT2250 1080p 120Hz mode (default is VT1125) and combine that with end-of-VBI RTSS Scanline-Sync, and see if you have a inputlag-lowered 1080p 120Hz mode with 1/240sec frame transport. That said, the maximum lag savings between 1/120sec and 1/240sec a ~4ms difference, so will not be important to most people.
