Rivatuner Frametimes

Hey guys so today i installed Windows 10 LTSC 2019, I previously had 1903 pro and i was getting the latencymon ntoskrnl spike up to 3000-4000,

LTSC is much better,

Here is my latency mon with youtube playing music and downloading CSGO

Now for the framtimes in rivaturner, Sometimes bounces to 5.0-5.2

Just wondering if these are good or if i could go lower

Nvidia G-sync Compatible enabled
Vsync on Rivatuner frame rate limiter set to 235 fps,
Driver version 435.27
