Asus XG35VQ overclocking?

Talk about overclocking displays at a higher refresh rate. This includes homebrew, 165Hz, QNIX, Catleap, Overlord Tempest, SEIKI displays, certain HDTVs, and other overclockable displays.

Not sure. Give it a try.

Several ultrawide 100Hz monitors have about 10-20Hz overclock room, especially if you reduce your Horizontal Total to transfer some bandwidth to a higher Hz without increasing your dot clock (pixel clock). Start with 105Hz and 110Hz tests with a reduced horizontal total / reduced horizontal blanking.
