The new CRG5 240hz VA panel

Is it legit new tech, or just marketing ?

Haven't seen much news/reviews about it since Blur-Chief named dropped several months back.

I love deep blacks.

It's painful how much compromise there is in the monitor industry. You can have good colors, viewing angles, blacks, transition times, etc. Just not all on the same product. :(

I hope this VA panel is better, because I'm dying for a good 240hz panel with both motion clarity and good visuals.

Indeed. IPS image quality is terrible. It looks completely flat and washed out. There's no depth at all. We started the journey with 600:1 TN panels, IPS only gets up to 1000:1 on average and at best 1300-1400:1 on big panels, Disgusting.

Va, chugging along 2000:1, then 3000, now ~6000:1. If it weren't for the inverse ghosting, VA all the way.
