As expected, DELL to release their own 24.5" 240Hz IPS monitor - AW2521HF

This post is brought to you by my daily "XV253QX" Google search.

SOURCE

As noted, it will not feature the G-SYNC module, making it a G-SYNC "compatible" at best, which is a disappointment.
However, if I were to guess, and if DELL were to follow their own pattern, based on their previous lines of monitors, there's a possibility for an upcoming "AW2521H" model, which will be genuine G-SYNC...

With that being said, it made me realize the XV253QX is also not going to have the G-SYNC module (neither will the VG252QX, which is basically the same but with a different stand)... I, personally, am going to utilize G-SYNC (unstable FPS game/s), so this is kind of a deal breaker... At this point I can't but wonder if I'm waiting in vain and if I should simply go for the XN253QX (not IPS, but seems to be the best true G-SYNC, 240Hz TN panel out there).

Twenty, Let me know if you get the XN253QX i'm thinking I might exchange me current monitor for it. Do you know if you can use ULMB at 240hz on it?

There's no need for me to personally get the monitor to tell you that you can't. ;d

Many people in this thread have already purchased it, though.

Check this page for more info on ULMB and if you would even want it at 240Hz,
