anyone know any 1ms 240hz w/ blur reduction monitor under $350

hello my friend is high ranking in apex legends and he accidentally bought an old 240hz asus monitor from like 2014 or something on craiglist. It has no freesync or gsync or blur reduction. His budget is $350. Do you guys know whats the best bang for your buck at 350 now days?

XF252Q, should be in that range every now and then.
It's not true 1ms, but barely any monitor claiming this actually is.
