Is it true Ryzen has higher input lag than Intel? Is there conclusive data to prove this?

For comparison, this is what i get on 8700k 5Ghz + 3866mhz 16-16-16-36.

Tool didnt finish measuring latency, there's still pending measurements on L2-L2 H/Miss at the bottom, please test again with browser/discord etc all closed.

Wow, that is huge difference. Obviously something is wrong with my rig but I don't have enough knowledge to solve it.

So what I realized now, doesn't matter what frequency and timings I set, it's not affecting latency significantly and first steps are oscillating around 500us and then dropping to ~85.

Run CMD as admin, navigate to the folder and then type
mlc.exe
, optionally with with the avx instruction set
mlc.exe -z
