I love this forum and I love you guys :)

I got my 2546s today, any suggestion for setup in windows and nvidia control panel and monitor settings? what is the best option example in overwatch or valorant unlimited frame or capped on 240 fps? Thanks

and sorry for my english :)
Unlimited in VALORANT capping add more input lag

Thanks for the answer, what about that game where I can't get 240 fps or more example call of duty I have around 180-200?

Should I change the MHz to 180 or something?

Thank you

Don't change the monitor HZ use an in game cap. Whether or not to cap in game depends really on the game. According to battlenonsense and a few other youtubers, if your GPU usage hits 100% then it will introduce input lag so your goal is the highest frame rate without going over 95% GPU usage.

In my testing games like VALORANT or CSGO rarely ever go over 95% usage even when uncapped so it's best to leave it uncapped. Overwatch and Call of Duty on the other hand does hit 100% (on my PC) when left uncapped so you should use the in game frame rate limiter and set it to roughly where it doesn't go under. I recommend downloading MSI Afterburner + Rivatuner to test a game yourself if it goes over 95% GPU usage before setting a cap as it may depend on what graphic settings you use.

Not sure if this will be a double post or not, but we’ll see.

Cap FPS instead of hz. If you want the most stable frame timings possible you can cap your FPS to a stable number. I prefer to use Nvidia control Panel or other third party FPS limiters, the built in one is fairly unstable for me. Use the CPU/GPU timings that you can display in game or through a third party software to see how big the spikes are.

No it doesn't but there's 3rd party programs you can use that do the same thing and better.

Can you name one which does it properly for fullscreen exclusive?

One of the first ones I tried. Doesn't work in DayZ fullscreen (works in windowed).

Hello,

I got my XL2546S today and have questions about "Inversion Artifacts".

when i run this test ( https://www.testufo.com/inversion#patte ... ion&ppf=15 ) i can see very thin vertical lines on my screen and some areas start flickering. the vertical lines and the flickering is very noticable on the green READY bar below the test.

i had the XL2546(no S) before and had the same problems. that was the main reason why i didnt kept the XL2546.

is this a known problem? is there a way to fix these vertical inversion artifacts?
they trigger me very hard when i see them ingame :(

thanks
