[SUPPORT] Need Help... ASUS VG27AQ refresh rate drops while in game

I've been playing on my VG27AQ for about 2 months and was very pleased at first. Recently I've been experiencing what feels like input lag/ low fps/ 60hz. When I benchmark r6 vulkan im averaging around 250+ fps average and around 180 fps low. In game settings are set to low, vsync off, and fps capped in game to monitor refresh rate. When I went to testufo and did the refresh rate test my monitor dips to around 100hz. specs: Gpu: Radeon Rx 5700xt Cpu: Ryzen 9 3900x Ram: 16gb DDR4 G.skill Trident Z 3200Mhz Motherboard: Gigabyte x570 gaming x Psu: Powerspec PSX 860GFM SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 1tb Dual monitor: ASUS Tuf Gaming VG27AQ & MSI Optix AG32C both connected via display port Mouse: Logitech GPro Wireless

OSD settings: FPS mode, HDR off, Overclocking On, adaptive sync On, ELMB SYNC off, Trace free 60, refresh rate 155hz.

I’ve tried: Capping FPS in game, Capping FPS on RivaTuner, I’ve tried a clean driver install in Radeon, I’ve tried unplugging all cables from pc and restarting system.

Update: I've noticed that when I went into device manager, both my vg27aq and ag32c are displaying as generic pnp monitors. I did a DDU and a clean install. Also I've just manually installed the latest asus vg27aq drivers, when going to boot up R6 siege my monitor gave me a "display not recognized" notification. Could this be Radeon driver related?
