Sorry for these type of questions but I need to know.
I'm big into Overwatch competitive, just can't decide whether having ELMB sync, overclocking to 280hz is best or just having stock settings to have the lowest input lag possible.
What is your settings?

Lowest input lag would be 280Hz, no gsync, high frame rate cap
You can try 144Hz with ELMB sync on, gsync off, 144 fps cap. At 280 I get cross-talk, but at 144 it's pretty good. This setting has the clearest motion, but slightly more input lag

I use the same settings 280 hz with 273 hz frames cap gsync and elmb off of od80
Do you use I think is called pixel vivid color? or something like that It seems to sharpen the image
