Couldn't just link the images. I want to buy this second hand monitor but green and blue screen images has weird shapes on it. Does this monitor has issues?

That's probably the combination of camera flash (splotch) + moire artifacts from scaling of digital photography (curved lines). It is consistent with moire artifacts on Google Images, so that artifact is a photography defect, and not a monitor defect.
