Pre-orders are now live on BenQ's website!
Re: NEW Benq Zowie Monitors Speculation/Info Thread (XL2546K-B, XL2546K, XL2411K)
Thanks for the heads-up, I considered it for a moment, but I will wait till XL2546K is available at my local stores, just for comfortable and free return possibility. My final choice will probably be reduced to ASUS VG259QM, XL2546K and perhaps some new 360 Hz IPS.
I ordered HP OMEN X25f, it's coming on Monday. It's one of the fastest monitors (TN) on the market, as far as I know. I wanna compare it side by side to my VG259QM, and then to XL2546K

Sure, I will share my experiences, it might take some time though VG259QM is a REALLY good monitor for competitive FPS, in my opinion, and it's an IPS, I do appreciate better colours and viewing angles, also it's really cheap for what it offers (at least where I live). That's gonna be hard to beat, something tells me. We'll see!

How does he XL2546 compare to the VG259qm? I am looking at getting the XL2546K and I wanted to know how the older zowie compared to the newer 240Hz IPS?speancer wrote: ↑20 Sep 2020, 18:46Sure, I will share my experiences, it might take some time though VG259QM is a REALLY good monitor for competitive FPS, in my opinion, and it's an IPS, I do appreciate better colours and viewing angles, also it's really cheap for what it offers (at least where I live). Re: NEW Benq Zowie Monitors Speculation/Info Thread (XL2546K-B, XL2546K, XL2411K)
I'd say VG259QM is better than XL2546. I mean, XL2546 is a good monitor, but it's dated and it shows. It would make more sense to compare VG259QM to XL2546S or XL2546K, I will also test the "K" version when it's available. But since you asked: VG259QM got a lot things right: it's an IPS, so it has good colours and viewing angles, of course much, much better than XL2546. Overdrive performance is significantly better on VG259QM, XL2546 has a lot more overshoot (and undershoot if overdrive is off) on optimal overdrive levels, it didn't bother me much in CS:GO, however. Motion clarity is also better on the ASUS, I was surprised to see how clear UFO Ghosting Test looks on VG259QM, motion clarity in CS:GO is also very good, from my impressions it's better than XL2546, 280 Hz does a good job. Ergonomics are outstanding on both of these monitors, but I prefer the stand of VG259QM, XL2546's stand is too wide for my liking. VG259QM has a nice and clear OSD (I prefer it over the Zowie's OSD) with joystick control, no need to use buttons. The ASUS offers Shadow Boost function, it works great (similar to the Black Equalizer on the Zowie, but it can't go so bright) as well. VG259QM is also both Free-Sync and G-SYNC Compatible, while XL2546 does not support any Adaptive-Sync technology. ELMB on the ASUS is good, nice and clear strobing even on 280 Hz without any distracting crosstalk, it has a noticeable brightness impact, however. Zowie's strobing called DyAc does not impact brightness, it's pretty good, but without tweaking DyAc had more distracting crosstalk on 240 Hz, in my opinion. VG259QM also has extremely low input lag under 2 ms.ShowmanTheMoney wrote: ↑21 Sep 2020, 20:26How does he XL2546 compare to the VG259qm? On the bad side, inversion artifacts happend to be a problem for me on both of these monitors, at least on the units I got, but XL2546 had worse pixel inversion artifacts than my current VG259QM (although depending on the test scenario, my VG259QM's pixel inversion artifacts can be pretty bad as well). Other user of this forum I talked with says that his VG259QM has no pixel inversion artifacts at all, perhaps it's just panel lottery. I myself will probably buy another unit of VG259QM to see if it will be free of this issue.

Zowie Benq list of countries they do delivery in EU is seriously out of this world.
Austria
Belarus
Belgium
Bulgaria
Cyprus
Czech Republic
Denmark
I have nothing against these countries, don't get me wrong. But this is the most random god damn list I have ever seen in my entire life.
Whata dogshit company. I can't believe I will order this monitor from them. Zowie, if anyone is reading this of you guys, your policy is beyond stupidity. OMEGA.
