For Apex you need to figure out how to turn off FSE as well, it forces on now when you turn it off via .exe or registry.

Mine turned itself off the other day and I hadn't even done anything but when I reset the game it was on again, but the input lag difference is definitely noticable.

You mean Disable FSO (plus other things) so that you are in FSE.

Mine runs in FSE fine and yes, I do notice a difference.

What version of windows do you have? How do you understand that the application works in the FSE, except for your "feelings"?

Pretty sure FSE has been working fine for me since at least v1803.
I'm currently on v2004 (which I don't recommend if you use certain onboard Realtek audio chips because I get some stupid sound popping/crackling issues with mine that have been reproducible by me and others to only occur on v2004 - but HAGS is only on v2004 or later...).

I know FSE is working because there's a delay and the screen flickers every time I switch to or from the game to desktop, and the input-lag feel/difference is very noticeable and I can detect it 100% of the time with simple AB testing (well, really it's pseudo AB testing because I'm the only tester who randomly changes the value, and I have to not look too early and see the flicker...).

Yes, PG259QN + PG258Q currently connected. Normally I'd do 3 but desk space is less cluttered for now.

Apex doesn't show up in screenshot probably due to it being in FSE and the way Windows takes the screenshot or something.

But yeah, looks like it's in FSE.

In-game FPS cap is 251 as well.

Yea I meant FSO not FSE. :D

How have you disabled it?

*Edit

Just saw your post, yea the black flickering happened when I was playing the other day so I knew it was off but then its just back on again, I didn't even change anything when it did go off.

I'm just running up to date drivers.

Are you just using the .exe tickbox to disable it?
