Gigabyte M27Q vs. Dell S2721DGF vs. LG 27GL850/83A

After researching every 27" 1440p >144hz monitor currently available in Israel, the decision comes down to 3 options:

Gigabyte M27Q - $560 (70% price increase over US).
Dell S2721DGF - $640 (40% price increase over US).
LG 27GL850/83A - $730 (60% price increase over US).

The S2721DGF seems to be the best value, but it's only available in a single store in the country, which is odd.

I'm not entirely sure what the difference between the 850 and 83A is, but are they worth an extra $170 over the M27Q?
