Re: Is my monitor frame skipping?
At the moment -- your question is unanswerable -- Please take longer camera exposures. It's exposing only 2 or 3 refresh cycles which is not enough to tell you whether or not your monitor is frame skipping.
If you can't adjust camera, or don't know how to, please temporarily adjust monitor brightness downwards, to make sure you capture at least 10 or 15 squares minimum. The camera will automatically take longer exposures in dimmer light.
Post the pictures, and thank you!

Re: Is my monitor frame skipping?
That looks like frame skipping to me. The second to last box is black.

Re: Is my monitor frame skipping?
It might be -- but...
One frame got skipped but the photo is a little too overexposed to show if it's a READY (green) or a browser dropped frame.
Would it be possible to use a different camera (e.g. iPad or Android or iPhone), and/or to dim the monitor brightness even further and/or download a 3rd party camera app that lets you use a very low ISO value (e.g. ISO 80)?
