color saturation and blur

Ask about motion blur reduction in gaming monitors. Includes ULMB (Ultra Low Motion Blur), NVIDIA LightBoost, ASUS ELMB, BenQ/Zowie DyAc, ToastyX, black frame insertion (BFI), and now framerate-based motion blur reduction (framegen / LSS / etc).

hello people a question to see what you think, there it goes:
The higher the color saturation, the more noticeable the blur?

Saturation shouldn't affect display blur. But it might affect distinguishing thing. Extreme amounts don't look good anyways.

And if the brightness is not adjusted correctly, will the blur make it more noticeable? for example very low brightness
