I tried it out and I feel like there is an latency improvement. But it could be easily placebo... Would love to see proper testing with latency analyzer on that tweak.

I second this. I wish that there were members of our community with these kind of tools.
It would make this latency related subforum a lot more interesting and accurate.

Re: Disabling HDCP on Nvidia GPU for less latency!
The video's hyperbolic presentation aside, even if this were tested, there still would be those that would refuse to believe the results, and claim the methods used weren't thorough or accurate enough. I.E. "Click-to-photon is useless! You need to measure nano-seconds across a continuous 40 hours of use while tracking mouse movement and keyboard presses simultaneously..."
My guess if this tweak has any impact (and no, I'm not interested in testing it), seeing as it would probably be at the "display-level" (so to speak), it would likely impact latency in full frame or half-frame increments, which should be relatively easy to notice so long as subjective testing is isolated and repeated enough. Heck, a human benchmark before/after might do if it truly makes any notable difference.
That said, the placebo effect caused by simply knowing when a setting is or isn't enabled is also incredibly strong (even if the toggle in question actually does nothing), so who knows.

I just tried it myself, can't really tell a difference.
