ZU comes with 2x2W speakers (which are really bad) and ZE doesnt have speakers. The panel used in this monitor - Innolux 23.8 is super fast, probably the fastes 240Hz IPS on the market

Re: MSI MAG251RX or VG259QM or Dell S2522HG?
This is the graphic that I came across the other day and it helped to put things in perspective. I mainly play Hunt Showdown and that game is poorly optimized. I think getting a 144hz IPS monitor with some form of MBR, but it's hard to find one with zero issues. I think I may end up revisiting the XG2431 all things considered. I know Chief recommends post 2020-2021 IPS monitors so I've been on the look out for that. I really wish I could find an Omen X 25 because TN panels seem to be easier for my eyes to handle. The only other recent 240hz TN panel that I am considering is the VG258QM, but there aren't that many reviews on it so I am hesitant to buy it. Asus MBR tech doesn't seem to have a great rep on these forums either. Lots of things to think about, but 240hz seems to be the way to go for me.axaro1 wrote: ↑29 Apr 2022, 07:02The fact is that with strobing you most likely want to reach fps=refresh rate scenarios (or overkill fps) because of this:
... so it's hard to recommend 390hz if you don't plan to achieve 390fps.
Technically the closer you get to that refresh rate in terms of fps the less you notice it but I wouldn't consider this monitor if you can't even reach 300+ fps in a specific game.
I'd say that you get better results with 240hz strobing than with 390hz strobing if your fps is lower than 300.
I'm testing right now with Smoothfrog at 100fps while strobing at 390hz and it is completely unusable, 200fps is better than 100fps but not better than strobing off (these kind of double images look similar to severe ghosting), 300fps is where VRB Extreme starts to match unstrobed motion clarity, 390fps is where VRB beats unstrobed.
For reference, I'm using ^this^ image as a custom UserPattern by renaming it User1.png in SmoothFrog0.94b\WindowsNoEditor\SmoothFrog\Content\UserPatterns
I'm testing at 1950px/s (1950/390 = 5)

Hi guys!
After soo long months of annotations, research and search for a monitor that could satisfy my needs for gaming Fortnite at competitive level, I bang the hammer on the:
Zowie xl2546K
I paid €300 new in a shop! Could say no to this deal !!!!!
I think this is the best monitor for me that aspire to become professional gamer of Fortnite in the near future.
I have spoke with Zowie Support and they have been fantastic on their help to me. They send me unbiased responses in order for me to decide if I would buy a Zowie or some other monitor brand.
As a matter of help to other people that might have the same questions related with "Colour accuracy in the xl2546k" I leave here the replies from Zowie Support:

I read and watched loads of reviews about many monitors but none was able to clarify my doubts about this monitor competence in reproducing accuracy colours during video editing software and content creation as well gaming... No video review show the monitor apart from gaming footage... none of the reviewers showed in the reviews other applications running in their monitor other than in gameplay and i found it very annoying and incomplete reviews... but it was then that all of a sudden all changed when I stumble in this xl2546 review:Hi, since our default color was fine tuned for CSGO, so i know it doesn't look good for other scenarios other than CSGO.
Suggest you can try Standard mode color, which is also the color similar to most general color, maybe you get used to it more. For forrtnite, you can try FPS3 mode. Other than fortnite, still suggest you to try standard mode
Please watch this video:
"Regarding the xl2546k colors, be honest it can't be compared with precise color monitors, or even for the mainstream vivid color monitors, this is a trade off. But as said if you use default (FPS1 mode for CSGO) color setting for video editing, or even or web browsing, then the experience is not ok; for me, i am ok to use Standard mode, but this is only my experience compared to mainstream (not high end vivid color monitors, or compares with other gaming monitors). So my suggestion is: it could be okay (even not really good) if you use Standard mode for editing; and ofc you can buy one other gaming like but with IPS monitors, but the motion and in game instant feeling won't be that good as ours--->but no pain if there is no comparison as well"
