Best option for 240hz+ or more 1080p 23.8-25''

Hello ! First of all, thank you for the amount of things that can be learned from this specialized forum.

I've been wanting to change my current 24G2W1G4 144Hz (which I'm really happy with) and jump to 240Hz or more for a while, mainly for games. I would like the panel to be IPS, FHD and 24-25".

I bought the Asus TUF VG279QM 27″ FHD IPS 280Hz 1ms i have returned it because of the low resolution for that size and it looked like my eyes were going to explode.

And today I have these monitors in mind and I don't know which could be the best option

-Asus TUF Gaming VG259QM 24.5" LED IPS FullHD HDR 280Hz , Maybe in this size it's perfect 320€
-AOC 24G2ZU/BK , the older brother of the one I currently have. 288,98€
-Acer Nitro XV252QF, I just discovered this recently in this forum and it looks like a beast... 440€

Sorry for the mistakes, it's not my native language, thanks :D

Can't go wrong with either VG259QM or XV252QF, they both are excellent monitors for competitive games. Note that you should only get XV252QF if you can push 390 fps or more all the time in your games. Remember that in order to fully utilize the refresh rate of your display, you need matching frame rate.
Main display (TV/PC monitor): LG 55G4 OLED evo 4K 144 Hz (WOLED MLA gen2)

I understand, right now my 1080ti would not be able to reach 390Fps, not even in dreams.
A monitor like the VG259QM for my PC would be a more appropriate purchase, this monitor in my country is around €320 In any case, I think I would wait for a discount or offer.
The question is if it's worth it to me, perhaps buying the XV252QF which is around €455 even if it was necessary to block the hz at 144, 240 etc until I get better components.
I wonder if spending that difference (€135) is worth it, apart from the Hz, for the rest of the screen in general
I appreciate your comment :)

Your CPU is actually just as important as your GPU (if not more important in 1080p). Upgrading just your GPU won't get you such high frame rate alone. You need a powerful processor to push so many frames. The lower the resolution, the more important your CPU power is, because you're very more likely to be CPU limited than GPU limited in 1080p.

You don't have to block your refresh rate on any fixed value. Just use variable refresh rate functions (G-SYNC Compatible or FreeSync).
When it comes to the monitor choice itself - I'd rather upgrade my PC first, then look for a better display.
If I were you, I'd only buy the XV252QF if I could push 390 fps or more all the time. If I couldn't, I'd definitely choose the VG259QM.
