ASUS-Z490-P AND CSGO

Hello Guys!
Can somebody send me good ASUS-Z490-P bios settings for me?
I always have shitty mouse movement, and i cant aim properly to head, this game is horrible, because this input lag is here...
I cant use my 100% skill
Full PC:
ASUS-Z490-P
PALIT GTX 1060 3GB
I3 10105F
12GB DDR4 RAM
144HZ MONITOR
1000HZ MOUSE polling rate(500 tried etc, nothing, and i want to use 1000hz stfu)

When you take that picture of that bios dont forget make one picture of that 12GB RAM DDR4 maybe there is some issue… 😅

Update to the latest bios from motherboard manufacturer website, then, reset all bios settings to defaults, then save and reboot pc. If you're are still having the issue = you are lost , this is not about settings, welcome to the club, then
