Google "ryzen usb bug". Here's a reddit thread about it. During high CPU load, the CPU-connected USB ports can become unreliable.
same on chipset (delta in mousetester 990-1010 (but stable))
on cpu usb, if im off graphic driver my line is like on intel setup.

also im try to use usb 2.0/usb 3.0 pci-e controllers but nothing.
