Since a lot of people having problems with VALORANT
i wanted to share this config with you
this will mostly help people with mid to low tier PC or on laptops
most of these values works for any Unreal Engine game
make sure to make a backup in case you didnot like the settings for some reason
config file location "C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\VALORANT\Saved\Config\"
sort by date modified open the latest one then open Windows folder if you cannot find it go to the next folder in order till you find it
you should find the config file inside the Windows folder
config
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xOGBkE ... sp=sharing
virustotal scan
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/47eb ... ?nocache=1
when it comes to hitreg issue i recommend trying warp
with this setting as this has the lowest impact when it comes to latency
this should fix most routing and bypass most ISP's throttling
(Preference -> connection -> DNS protocol -> HTTPS)
only use warp if you feel l like having bad routing or being throttled by your ISP
because other than this it might actually increase your ping or even hurt your connection more than it will help
https://1.1.1.1/
hello just to update. The config folder is now in the Windows folder not the numbers one. Also sometimes I crash using the config u gave maybe because valorant does not have all those normally available?
Overall it is good though !

Yeah probably but i donot think they should cause a crash but unreal engine is unpredictable so anything is possible
could you remove these from the config and see if it fixes the crashing
"r.SimpleForwardShading=1
r.CEFGPUAcceleration=1
r.GTSyncType=2
MouseSamplingTime=0.000125"

I'm currently using your config, about 5-6 games in and the game feels different, cant really say if its better or placebo for now.
Rank is imo 1
System
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
rtx 3080
Will try it out over the next few days and give a feedback
thanks for sharing

Here's my anti-aliasing settings in nv profile inspector. it makes the game look much nicer, but it's hell on the GPU:

True also the delay would be noticeable with such high settings
i have never used anti-aliasing on i feel like having textures on high and other post processing usually have lower
cost on the GPU
also long time ago people used to recommend this anti aliasing super sampling setting i have no idea why
but might want to test it might be less intensive on the GPU

try removing these also see if it fixes the crashing
"r.rhicmdbypass=0
r.rhithread.enable=1"
Try going back to the default config and see if the crashing stopped if it does then it is clear something in the config causing a problem
these settings shouldn't cause crash but i hate unreal engine because of how unpredictable it is
