im really dont know, maybe this program not work normally with windows 10, or new windows timer after 1809. But u can see difference between timer resolution
Hello. Have you solved your problem with unstable mouse polling rate?
I'm going to get myself an external pci-e usb card on the msc9990 chip. I think this is the best chip among all usb 2.0 controllers.
Compared to usb 3.0/3.1/3.2 it has lower input lag which is what I want.
Another question - where is the mouse delay less, in the built-in ports of the z690 motherboard or in an external pci-e usb card?
on z390/z490 mcs9990 works good, but on z690 and z790 work very bad
4-5 ISR on z390 vs 10-15 ISR on z690/z790.
new gen intel is very bad.
better to find nec v2 m2 usb card and connect it to cpu m2 slot.
but my best way - use internal GL usb 2.0 controller for mice, z790 usb for another.
Thanks for the explanation. Now I'm thinking which pci-e card to buy. There are two versions. One with a long board and the other with a short board and short contact lines. I think which one will be better in terms of delays. One costs $14, the other $22, but both have a msc9900 chip, the same capacitors.
buy both

what platform you have?
