how to get dvi-d mouse feeling with displayport?

how to get dvi-d mouse feeling with displayport?

I have always felt like there is difference between dvi-d and displayport mouse feeling. Dvi-d is the best imo. The problem is that i dont have gpu/ monitor that supports dvi-d. So is there anything that i can do?
