Does this monitor have Motion Blur Reduction?

Anybody have their hands on this latest G8 or G9 that can confirm strobing/motion blur reduction?

I can't plug in more than 2 monitors when the G8 is plugged into my RTX 3090. Windows and Nvidia Control panel lists all of the monitors but only allows me to select 2 at a time. That's a problem with my quad monitor setup

I confirmed on my 3080 Ti shoebox PC as well with the same behavior. Now I'm going to have to call Samsung support and get the run around lol
