Some are so funny. This guy writes - this is a bug in windows. in 2022. when more than enough is already known about the problem. At least there are a lot of topics here.
Windows error yes. Install Linux if it's windows. If windows error, then the problem will be everywhere, right? Are you have broken of timers or what? Put Linux, play with bots, play the usual mm, the problem will be there. do it and don't write nonsense.
Why is it easier for you to believe in some stupid windows error (which no one in a normal place has) Than the fact that your equipment is malfunctioning due to interference, even at the moment of switching on, or it’s your reboot (when consumption higher), etc. .d.
this is so funny that you are talking about windows errors
ok, tell me what is that problem.
just let's not make assumptions, answer me, specifically what the problem is?

Exactly what it is, perhaps we will find out in 20 years. When it spreads to all computers (due to the problem that is on the link above)

I'm asking you specifically, tell me what the problem is. You write that in 2022 "everything is already known", and that the assumption (!) about the Windows error is stupid. I'm waiting for a normal answer from you.

that guy "broke" his windows and bios settings
I used WinTimeTester to check for any timing differences. My previous frequency was 3.22265 MHz and after the command it was something like 3.22270 or something close but still different. Furthermore I used TimerResolution tool to set my timer to 0.5 seconds
Default timer value in windows 10 - 10MHz . This guy disable hpet on bios и windows.

can you confirm Linux doesn't have a hitreg problem?
I believe the biggest benefit of using Linux over say any Window's OS newer than Windows 7 is that Linux doesn't force you to run all of your apps/games through a desktop compositor like say Windows 10 does. This is also known as DWM.

the level of your knowledge is immediately visible. are you aware that a different qpc value is used after 1803?
disable hpet in bios and windows = tsc

Sorry, but my question didn't about the benefits of Linux.
can you confirm Linux doesn't have a hitreg problem?

I've been playing like this for 4 years now, hahah.
The only solution is to stop playing games...
