my computer and internet are well optimized.
Any proofs of "internet" optimization? Do you have dedicated line from your apartments directly to faceit server?
Internet is black box, you cant control anything from your side until buying from big ISP transport L2 channel and installing your hardware on both ends. Now all of your "optimizations" related only to your local network between your PC and router.
You can see valve's own results of your net quality after each match on MM. it's half the updates per second but it's a good illustration of your net quality while gaming.

Anyway unless your internet is poop level garbage, csgo's got you with all the lag compensations in the world =) don't sweat it too much.

Have you guys tried ESEA or Fastcup, does the same thing happen there?

Have you? maybe you should see it for yourself.

I should try it and see for myself whether somebody else is experiencing something on their end? 🤦🏻‍♂️

In 99,9% cases faceit has nothing to do with your gaming experience. They have the best servers possible out there if there are any issues they immediately fix it. All the stories about loss, ping and other stuff its 99% times on your ISP side.

Not really... Even other persons finally start noticing that something is wrong. And its the server performance. Look there:

https://www.reddit.com/r/FACEITcom/comm ... e_high_sv/

Reddit is full of similar rants. Also its noticable, if you play at faceit and then at wase dm at working server with low sv, there is huge diff. Sprays at faceit are wrong, inpuit at faceit is slower. Flickshots to head are not headshots at faceit, you need to be a little slower to get hitreg.

Tomorrow i will read this thread more carefully, not being online now too much.

This not only happens on csgo. I play apex legends on high rank and I observe quite a huge diffrence between the usual mode of Duos, trios where everything is fine, legend dosent feel like 1000kg and hitreg and shooting spray feels very responsive compare to rank mode where bullets feel like they land 2x slow even the draw distance/field of view between my character and my surroundings feel diffrent, more distant. I also tried valorant a while and the same thing, huge diffrence bewteen the normal mode and competitive mode. Also when I play solo, the game feels much more fluid, when a friend, teammate joins my lobby the desync, input lag becomes worse. Dont know if you guys experience this on all competitive games, it may just be my internet connection because everything has gone downhill since I change to optic fibre and nothing seems to solve it
