Indeed, cheap and easy way to test.
Examples of linear load devices include:
-Incandescent lighting
-Resistive heating elements
-Power factor improvement capacitors
-Transformers
-Motors

Adding linear load does not decrease voltage harmonics. I though it would, seems I was wrong. It did however decrease current harmonics.

mb active filter help, but they use for industrial.
(exists "small" version AHF 75A 230V sinexcel, but not found price ...)
ofc exists simple chinese variant, but i'm not sure about their the quality

What about If i have PC and monitor connected to a good power strip? Should i try insert iron there and check if situation gets better? Or i MUST insert it on the outlet wall?

Better just plug it to the outlet wall. I have made some calculations based on different models of irons.

Should be fine, just make sure to insert it before PC and monitor.
did you mean insert it before switch ON pc and monitor bro right? sorry but my english is quite horrible

Should be fine, just make sure to insert it before PC and monitor.
Basicly i need to insert iron on the same power strip, then switch on it, then switch on monitor and pc right?

Without X insert iron here. But first you should calculate current, that it does not take too much current, just in case.
which iron do you recommend buying, there are so many different ones, can you link me one ? also what do you think about toroid rings ? should i get those?

I don't have any advice for that but safer to try first with incandescent lighting. I would suggest smallest wattage irons.
You will save money if this works, so toroid rings may not be necessary.

Did I last for along time or got degraded ?
did not degraded yet and i hope it will not..... based what that Russlan guy says it will stay ok. Its kinda wierd run iron with 2600W all the time but i dont care for now.. At least i have prove that something is wrong with electricity not with all these windows tweeks, ISP, HW and so on...
I heard someone say even a heater plugged to the same circuit can act as a soldering iron, which iron did you use? Can you send me a picture. Hopefully it stays that way
i have like 8 way outlet splitter that is connected to the wall socket. In that 8 way splitter is connected everything include router monitor PC, iron. I think this way will help anything which draw lots of power but im am sure thats not soldering iron.... that can pull only like 400W
