As always. Another dude on one of the Discord servers I'm in claimed he got it fully fixed without getting into the details and then just vanished. Typical.

i fixed by making new ground for my PC outlet only and getting high quality cable ethernt "cat 8" and displayport all smoth game play and light mouse movemt like flying.

That's what probably fixed it, other things you did I already did as well and they didn't help. New ground is something one of electrician friend's I have told me might help. Mind telling us how exactly you did it?
