Location changed 7 times
3 different net cafes
1 net cafe outside the city had best gameplay, input lag less by 80% but crappy monitors and it takes a long time to go there (not worth it)
Tried different components
Tried power station
Tried iron no fix

Somethings are just not meant to be I guess.

One more thing to add, trying different accounts on the same pc actually have some weird results, I made a new account and lag was gon 90% but returned aday later, same pc, same stuff. Sometimes I try another new account, lag is there from start. So it’s an absolute mind boggling thing. I don’t think electronics is the untimate reason, it’s more than that. It’s a combo of pc electricity internet and servers and steam account
I don’t even play csgo and I feel these affects. Are there and csgo pros that are really good online but suck on lane

Tried everything so far listed here by others already and more. No permanent fixes.

Probably will be more helpful if I list the things that solves the input lag and desync for me sometimes then it comes back after few minutes or hours. Here they are:

-Usb ground loop noise isolator from ifi
-Game cafe where i only used their PC and mouse. I still had the problem show up there when i plugged in my mouse.
-unplugging landline cables
-rebooting modem router
- switching network connections
- editing ram settings to use no pagefile
- unplugging builtin battery from laptop
-disconnrcting wifi card from laptop
-trying mobile data hotspot & usb tethering
-undervolting or putting everything on lowest power consumption.
