Thank you so much for trying to help me !!!

I would be afraid to use OLED because I have an LG B2. After a year, I still don't find it easy to use. I will ask Dell to tell me what kind of panels are inside the P3221D and G3223D and see if one of them uses KSF phosphor. The only monitor I have and spent a lot of hours with no issues was the LG 27 inch IPS7L Monitor in win 7, but I wanted to upgrade since it's only 1080p.

Another weird thing is that I can't seem to see the difference between the 8-bit and 10-bit settings on the Nvidia panel. I checked gradients and everything; it seems the same to me, like it doesn't do anything. I have installed the monitor's drivers and the default ICC profile.I am using the included DP cable.

Also, I'm trying to rule out the possibility of a 32-inch monitor being too big, but I used the G2724D for a couple of months now and it didn't seem to alleviate my symptoms.

Another update: I used my oled lg b2 65 inch for couple of hours today with low light room low light setting with my 970 and it felt very easy on the eyes .Only if I played any kind of video I get dizzy on that screen cause of its motion I never got it to work for me on any clarity setting ...but for general reading and some 3d work that I made it seems very good to me .Im starting to see the benifits of the different panel and tech that it has I would definitely go for a 32 4k lg oled monitor but it costs 1500 here in Greece. Its very hard for me to beleive that my 970 isnt causing me isues like the 3090 that I have in the office.I cant whait for the microscope to arive so I put on my s23 ultra and take a slow mo video and see if different setups dither my screens causing me isues.

Yeah, 120hz is no-where near to make motion clarity good enough.
I'd advise on something else instead, like the Q24G2A or 274QRX-QD, due to backlight difference compared to other panels you've previously tried and the much cheaper price tag.
OLED is not ripe in desktop space yet due to non-RGB layout.
