The old test was done at server with same slots and same player count at the same map. The 80fps diff is enough. With high var spikes done by server the client has not much to render, no input from server = freeze and stalling fps. Sadly i dont have time to make another test but feel free to do it, find a crap server and compare it to servers with 7x00 ryzens. And compare client fps. No dedicated host with 1 player, but full servers with same slots and player count.
