Yeah, my pc is tweaked and has a lot of changes in regedit, so it might be that. I'm sorry for "overhyping" this. Since it made such a big difference on my end, I thought it would work for everyone, thus creating a crazy title post. Maybe its because my core watchdog timer is enabled in my bios, other than that im not really sure. I tried deleting my post, but can't seem to find how. sorry again :/bleya99 wrote: ↑29 Jul 2024, 00:28Despite me thinking you are Hyote's baby brother, posting crazy titles and especially 1 magical setting that will change everything, I decided to give it a shot.riry007 wrote: ↑28 Jul 2024, 02:43I never saw anyone talk about this tweak but this single regedit change erased my input lag and I'm not even exagerating. My mouse is so fricking fast it's unbelivable. I finally have 1:1 mouse input and dont feel like my inputs are slowed down by the computer if you know what I mean. Anyways, here's the tweak :
Open the registry editor and go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0001 (its either 0000 or 0001 for your gpu) and after create a new dword value called "RmWatchDogInterval" and set it to either hex:2710 (fast) or hex:ffffffff (mouse is so fast lmao)
I have no idea if this works for amd gpus since I have an nvidia gpu but let me know if it does. Let me know what you guys think about it![]()
Absolutely no change whatsoever across the board (with both 2710 hex and ffffffff) as I assumed from the beginning.
No results posted from your side at all, not really going into detail if you have a "tweaked" system, and perhaps this is a "stacking" tweak.
I think I have found the best regedit tweak for zero latency...

These are the posts that could carry this forum, not the endless CS2 ones about nothing. I'm going to check it later. And I don't get why people think I claim one setting to be magical and keep digging up one post. Check my github if you want to see the updated version of my settings I mentioned in my posts.

The solution could potentially come from anywhere, so throwing shade at a post title like “cs2” while painting one like this in a favourable light doesn’t make any sense. I would personally prefer a title unlike this one, but I can only speak for myself.Hyote wrote: ↑29 Jul 2024, 02:34These are the posts that could carry this forum, not the endless CS2 ones about nothing. Also, if you’re willing to voluntarily post an untested fix and then get unhappy and arsey when people say it does nothing, rather post nothing at all.
If you might not like an answer, don’t ask the question.
Re: I think I have found the best regedit tweak for zero latency...
I favor posts that are about something, rather than being having a polite 10 page long chat about games' behaviors. And regardless of how I come off, I am here to try and get into topics that can branch out in other directions like how Win32PrioritySeparation and MSI Mode became huge topics on forums.

I tested it but not much
It does work, I feel the mouse is faster and the mouse seems to be more responsive

I have no input lag, currently mainly researching desync.
