they give the condition a stupid name: electrosensitivity
can you talk about any device specifically?
if it includes something you can fit in a pouch then try this:
go to a computer shop where they build computers for gamers, ask for an antistatic bag they got a motherboard in (fits large tablets, phones should fit PCI-E card bags). Place the device inside and if the touch screen goes wacky then this will do else ask for another of a different type and test again.
on a day you feel good, place a boarder around the touch screen so it is 5mm+ from it, place device in and fold bag over. Turn on. There should be no communication to anyone.

it is annoying for me but it lets me know when its communicating when it shouldn't be, such as:
when the media device we got from the telco hacked into the router we got from the same telco and updated the firmware which changed to a different DECT transmission which I was sensitive to - I was not even finished setting it up (i opened it and removed the dowsing rod antennae - fixed. placed password on it too).
or when I do certain things on android...

I also have brain fog issues also, but was less ready to write about it.

The brainfog should be distinguished from the device use issue. I am convinced my fog was from the shot (but forum rules say no politics). The device issue is because of the way you think during usage, you need to become more aware of your surroundings, do not "hone in" on your device - focus on the things around you more, it is a stimulus issue. This will be your solution, the one in the previous post may not be an issue for you (but may help someone else).

For as long as I can remember, I’ve experienced severe brain fog whenever I use electronic devices. I’m usually fine for about five minutes, but then it’s like a switch flips—I start feeling like a complete zombie. My awareness and focus drop drastically, and I get this overwhelming sense of just being out of it. It’s almost as if I’m not even there, and the longer I use the device, the worse it gets.

My friends often make fun of me after I’ve been on electronics because I become really spacey and slow. It feels like my brain has to work ten times harder just to process simple thoughts. On top of that, I get slightly dizzy, my brain feels hot and like it’s pulsing (I know that sounds crazy), and my face flushes red. I’m so jealous of people who can spend all day on a computer and feel totally normal.

My symptoms are so severe that I physically can’t read a book or hold a conversation because I become incredibly slow and spacey. Even after I stop using the device, these symptoms can take hours—sometimes even days—to fade away.

This has been devastating for my life because, as we all know, electronics are essential for nearly everything these days, and avoiding them just isn’t an option. I feel like I’m stuck in a fog all the time because of these devices, and I don’t know what to do. It’s really taking a toll on my quality of life.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any advice on how to cope with this would be greatly appreciated. My life is falling apart because once I use a device, I essentially become useless for any other important tasks due to the severity of the fog. I eat very clean, work out, and I’m only 18—so I shouldn’t be dealing with brain fog, but here I am. I’m at a loss for what to do.

Any suggestions would be a lifesaver.
Get a blood test done , they dont check everything on every blood test , you might learn a bit about topic and demand about specific tests in the future.

dude, stop putting up with it. call the management company that deals with electricity, your transformer emits a low-frequency noise level that drills into your head. The catch is that it will work and affect you even when you completely turn off the electricity in the apartment. Do something about it, otherwise you will simply lose your last strength.

or, well, of course, you can put on those purple glasses, purple ones, and be full out of luck.

I have blue light blocking glasses specifically the ones that are red tinted, are they any different than the purple ones? because mine dont seem to help me much. also I dont think its anything to do with a electricity hum because its anywhere I am, the man factor is screens = brainfog and dizziness instantly for hours to days depending on the exposure length
