For me it don't changes after set Fullspeed in SCEWIN and restart...

Port maximum Speed shows everywhere Highspeed still.


edit: here is my keyboard connected to USB 2.0 as example and after apply fullspeed with scewin ...nothing changed.

but it said Fullspeed already before the SCEWIN change already in connection and maximum device...so here too no changes.


both are connected to USB 2.0 in the back but for some reason it says by the Mouse USB version 1.1...why lol

About the keyboard, is it old membrane kb? May be, that's why it is showing low speed! Because that's device's speed.

The mouse support usb 2 but its usb dongle may be 1.1? Or the slots are backward to 1.1? What does the tree says in the left panel?

Scewin is the direct changes in the windows, right? If it is, i can't use it. As soon as i clicked the exe file, the whole system freeze.

So i had to use grub ( during booting, in the cmd panel to change bios info).

Though it says the values changed, the usb tree showing Hi-speed for the port max speed makes me wonder, whether it works or not. Or the thing doesn't matter! I have not noticed notable changes either.

The keyboard is Asus (very cheap model) one but i have others here and Logitech...gonna try them out and i have a Mouse with bluetooth 4.0/5.0 but wonder what it gonna tell in that USB tree viewer if per BT but sadly i dont managed to connect it yesterday and for some reason shit windows dont want detect it but im sure that it worked in the past...



that my intel wifi card with bluetooth per PCI. and here it says USB version 2.0.1...so if i connect my mouse per BT then it should be show as 2.0.1 version too and a keyboard with BT should work at fullspeed then and dont more at low speed ? or i am wrong ?


edit: and i noticed that every Device it shows Demanded current 100 mA...while you have 500 mA I have keyboard which says 500 mA on the back but in USB tree viewer it still reports as 100 mA...



and only my very old USB drive stick shows 200 mA and for some reason 3x highspeed ..

Another thing which is interesting if this change with FullSpeed in SCEWIN affects PCI USB CARDS too and has any effect on them and while turn off the USB controller from motherboard completely and use only PCI USB CARD?

but reboot need for effect and change i believe.

like you can change any option and then reboot and go into bios and check and see if the change worked or not...

best is to try the HPET setting which is now hidden in some BIOS and Motherboards...after you will for sure know if SCEWIN worked or not for you.

I can confirm about hpet on my old mb when i enter bios there was no option to enable or disable it but with scewin you can see i and change it,but now again with asus mb but new one i cant see it even in scewin and in bios.and i hate it because i think default its on and it must be off.

I tried it and can actually confirm that it helped. Desync was less, shots went in faster and more directly and I also didn't have the feeling of being at such a disadvantage as before. What surprised me the most was that flickshots were suddenly possible again and the WTF moments became fewer and fewer. It's not perfect now, but I clearly enjoyed it. I still die quickly, but those were probably globals that have an internet advantage.

The funny thing is that the game didn't even run smoothly at first because it didn't fully utilize the resources of my graphics card (rarely play CS2), but I fixed that and it went even better after that.

For those who have the same problem, no matter in which game: [Settings] - [System] - (scroll down) [Graphics settings] and add the game exe. there and set it to High.

What I have to say is that I had already tried Scewin before, through AgN, the creator of this video, I completely lost sight of him and thanks to this post here, I found him again. i copy/pasted the changes he made in his video on my PC years ago and only this one was new. For everyone I highly recommend SCEWIN if it works for you. Give it a try.


I tried 7 - 10 deathmatches in 2 - 3 hours and was pleasantly surprised. I haven't had this much fun in a long time and I guarantee that this is definitely not a placebo. Before it was much worse and I had no fun at all, but when I did this, it was almost a different game. And yeah again, thanks man. testing Valorant tomorrow.

glad to hear that. btw i works with 3.0 and higher ports. i just noticed i dont even have 2.0 ports except bios flashback port .\
about cs2 performance, it same happens in dota, the fps drops after time. Disabling shader cache helps a lot, i decidet to lock my fps at 238 fps with rivatuner scanline sync which is pretty much low latency with fps_max 0 . perfect.. It looks like cs2 have some issues with memory leaking u can check it with cmd-> "nvidia-smi" , last time i had 10gb vram usage wtih 1280x1024 low settings + no changes in nvidia profile inspector , 7 gb after restart.

good luck brother since i update my pc with again with asus mb but newer its not possible.i have made many post and i am gonna say it again on my mb asus scewin works exports super few options,on my old mb asus again using the same scewin exports all my bios even hpet that is hidden.
