When I was interested in the question of how different settings, bios, oc, game-gpudriver-monitor synchronization technologies, change Input lag.
I bought a camera with honest 1200 fps, soldered a LED to the mouse button and wrote a script for the mouse. When pressing the left button, the script moved the camera in the game and stopped. In my version, when pressing the button, the LED went out.

This is an old video comparing in-game settings, it's somewhere on the forum.
Make 30 videos and count frames using Portable Adobe Premiere, then average the result in Excel.
It took a lot of time but helped to determine what affects the input lag.
I got tired of it. Because it took a lot of time, I made a tester with a photodiode and Arduino.
Now it's gone, I needed it for another project. But if I need it again, I'll assemble it in 2 hours.
What did you do? Check based on feelings?

You can take TenZ's clips for fun. Choose the moments where he misses, put them together in one video, create a topic without naming his nickname with the title: Is this desync?. And in this topic there will be a hundred posts, yes bro this is desync and I have the same thing, the game sucks.

What i did ? Nothing much but just checked on many very similar experiences and stories and in different languages...everything public and for the eye and ear.
That aleady was enough for me to understand how much impact this all has and how much global deep this all Issues is but some People never will learn here and Awake and they will keep talk about there next Hardware Latency and Tweaks and 1000 another Fixes about Desync and Input Lag will come very soon.
You with your 43 dont even understand what OP suffers but i get it fast and many others here too just by watching his clip...

The op basically showed videos how you don't peek when somebody holds an angle and how peeker's advantage works and they call it "desync". What!? Guys, seriously, you are so obsessed with this that you blame input lag and desync on everything.
