I've been experimenting with some settings that needed to be disabled in gpedit and now I have massively reduced desync. The last two that disable cmd and regedit should be set before playing games and reenabled when needed. There is a potential for placebo as always but the reason I'm sharing these is because I notice a huge change in online games which have been nearly unplayable until now.

Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, System:
Display highly detailed status messages - Disabled

Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows Components, Event Logging:
Enable Protected Event Logging - Disabled

Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows Components, Event Viewer:
Events.asp program - Disabled

User Config, Admin Templates, System, Scripts:
Run legacy logon scripts hidden - Enabled
Run logon scripts synchronously - Disabled
Run Windows PowerShell scripts first at user logon, logoff - Enabled

User Config, Admin Templates, System:
Prevent Access to the command prompt - Enabled ; Disable the command prompt script processing also - Yes
Prevent Access to registry editing tools - Enabled ; Disable regedit from running silently - Yes
i just applied your recommended settings my gameplay feels awesome paired with this, i highly suggest others to try this along with disabling MPO + Enabling Exclusive Fullscreen and testing the network buffering setting inside of your game settings.

don't sure if placebo or not but i apply this all without even restart and played some CS2 DM and it was much better...

but i am right now experementing much with internet and network settings and VPN and more...cause i am right now 100% sure that all my suffering is because of ISP's and there bad Configuration or something else rly wrong going there with gaming packets and which causes all the hell experience here in whole Location and even in 2 Apartments which i already tried here...my online gaming since many Years already...

gonna report soon my findings too cause i find something interesting yesterday about valorant and hitreg but i always get kicked out of Matches after 3-4 minutes with different VANs and Vals error from 84, 5 and -102...even got one time a Temp Ban message but which was only for 1 minute suspend duration lol and could don't login and start game...very very fucking weird shit.

but hitreg and peekers advantage and everything else was amazing during this 3-4 minutes gameplays...very playable and without much bullshit.

I just use normal gpedit but that should work as well, whichever you like more.

yes. i am playing around with expressvpn right now but gonna or want to try purevpn soon...

"PureVPN Port Forwarding — PureVPN is only premium VPN that offers a port forwarding add-on with high-end encryption."

I believe that NAT type or Firewall and CGNAT from my ISP's here are the reason of all my suffering...maybe...cant tell right now 100% if that the reason...

On my LTE router i get Symmetric Nat and on my DSL i get Port-restricted cone NAT....if doing test on this site: https://www.checkmynat.com

but something weird happens with my gaming packets and i figured out that expressvpn and with enabled tunnel-split option that things getting much better for me...

but i get always kicked out matches in valorant with that and different van errors....

have you tried removing the ethernet cable from pc and using the wifi connection only? try that and see if you can get a similar effect as with vpn (dont forget to disable power saving from wifi network settings). but if anything it is impressive that using a vpn is helping you with this issue ive never heard of that, insane finding tbh

I apply them and Win32PrioritySeparation set to decimal 42,and i think its better then before, but what if i want to use regedit for example, should i make the last tho options to "Not Configured" and then restart pc so i can use regedit and then disabled it and restart again ?
