Thanks for posting the ZenTimings screenshot.kartierrr wrote: ↑03 Apr 2025, 12:44I'm leaning more towards a RAM issue. I've had success using this profile over that two week period in my original message- but I feel something is happening during memory training. There's also a 5600 profile with similar issues. ZenTimings are attached below. Also I'm not if this is a problem or not but the tRDWR are different between both sticks.

The difference tRDWR can definitely affect you.
Here's a few things you could try:
1.) Make sure that, whatever RAM timings you try out manually or do any kind of system HW optimization, you prepare a clean Windows installation and do testing on a separate install (ideally on a different drive)
Opt for W10 1909 or W11 23H2, depending on use-case.
These guides will help you in achieving a clean starting point to build upon:

2.) Try using EXPO disabled for a while to see (1-2 weeks) whether your desyncing persists. This is the easiest and cheapest option.
3.) Your RAM density may detrimental to keeping them stable.
I wasn't able to find whether your specific kit in the memory compatibility list of your motherboard, meaning that the kits are not verified by MSi (thus leaving the user by himself to verify whether EXPO enabled will be stable or not)
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/X670E-G ... upport#mem
There are no 2x32GB 5600MHz CL32 DR EXPO sticks of TeamGroup that I could find there.
4.) If you wanna go down the manual timings route, make sure to do this to both of your sticks:
MCLK=3000, tRDWR = 22, tWTR_s = 10 or 12
Make sure to use RamTestPro (purple icon) for a duration of 16 hours at the very least.
This is sadly a time-consuming and tedious process to troubleshoot, hence why I always recommend to users to stick to QvL of motherboard or EXPO disabled.
5.) If you have spare funds or want to trade your sticks to with else, make sure to pick RAM sticks from the QvL / memory compatibility list of your specific motherboard.
6.) Dual CCD definitely doesn't help the situation either, but let's focus on RAM at first.
I hope your other BIOS settings are in-tact and you haven't applied PBO, curves and the likes of it.
VSOC at 1,2–1,22v might help.
Hope this helps.
