does the mouse movement pattern with acceleration change hitreg or does the client mark you that you are playing with acceleration?Hyote wrote: ↑20 Jun 2025, 07:33I had to cave in and install C++ for some programs to work but fortunately it didn't affect online gameplay this time.
However the post that got taken down from yesterday had one interesting theory and that is mouse acceleration affecting hitreg.
I won't back up that guy's claims but I will admit that the best scores I ever got in games were during the times when I was using RawAccel.
I've practiced regular aiming for the last 10 years and used acceleration on and off with various apps and ingame settings.
The screenshot is from Roblox but anyway, getting this number of kills without dying is even difficult in games with easy bots.

I have no idea, it just feels more consistent. I'd prefer playing without accel to actually improve but sometimes this really is the easy way.n1ghtik wrote: ↑20 Jun 2025, 08:35does the mouse movement pattern with acceleration change hitreg or does the client mark you that you are playing with acceleration?Hyote wrote: ↑20 Jun 2025, 07:33I had to cave in and install C++ for some programs to work but fortunately it didn't affect online gameplay this time.

Here's the curve I use
LookUpTable
0.1,1;130,1;131,1.8;132,1.8;
apply as Sensitivity
