The screenshot is from Roblox but anyway, getting this number of kills without dying is even difficult in games with easy bots.
does the mouse movement pattern with acceleration change hitreg or does the client mark you that you are playing with acceleration?

I have no idea, it just feels more consistent. I'd prefer playing without accel to actually improve but sometimes this really is the easy way.

LookUpTable
0.1,1;130,1;131,1.8;132,1.8;
apply as Sensitivity
