I think this is a misconception... Can you provide reputable research?
Open up FrameView and test yourself. Look at the Render Queue Depth column.

My monitor has no DYAC, It has only Gsync from nvidia compatible no dyac its benq xl2540 240 hertz . So what do you you recommend me to use?
I've already replied to you above....
No frame rate limiter (fps_max 0) & fixed refresh rate.
Enable Reflex.
That's the best you can do, assuming tearing is irrelevant to you.
Hello bro, can u help ? Here’s my setup:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16GB
RAM: HyperX Fury 32GB DDR5 6400MHz
Motherboard: MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI
PSU: Corsair RM1000x 1000W
SSD: Samsung M.2 NVMe 9100 PRO Series 1TB

I’m also using a 400Hz BenQ monitor.
Would you recommend enabling V-Sync?
If yes, only in NVIDIA Control Panel or also in CS2?

Should I use a max frame rate limit in NVCP as well?
I’d really like to hear your suggestion, because I’m having a serious screen tearing issue, which I really shouldn’t be having with this setup.
