Main reason is electrical courent on twisted pair. Can be caused by POE on ISP switch and other things.
To fully solve your problem I would recomend to buy:
1) Media converter rj45 to sfp
2) PCI-E sfp lan card *.
3) Couple sfp 1gb adapters
4) Fiber optic patch cord
* If you play CS/Valo best for 1gb connection is Intel i210 Fiber Optic PCIE because of anticheat compatibility.
How to connect this i210 fiber optic pcie. I have fiber connection. It goes to my router from router it goes with ethernet rj45 cable to my pc? When i put this on my pc how do i connect it from my router to this sfp port

i play cs2
You connect the i210 fiber optic pcie lan card to any empty PCIE slot, tighten the bolts, then you get a SFP cable that you plug into the one port on the card and the other on the router's SFP port, if it has an sfp port. I have no idea what router you have, you might need a SFP to CAT(6a, 7, 8 I have no idea which you have, it's written on your cable) adapter.

I have no idea why but it's night and day difference, sharp image, no blurryness and input lag is gone.. I posted 1-2 weeks ago about (
https://komodoplatform.com/en/) completely stuttering when entering their website but now its full smooth and no issues.
How can this be possible?
if default lan / wan has power delivery dc line (5v/12v), it can make sence.
you can try find ethernet surge protector (with metal shield rj45) and ground it on PE or N in your socet.
do you use wifi mode to play online?
Do you mean this?

Wouldn't the UPS network surge protector RJ does the same?
yes, mean that.
ups had metal rj45 port?
Not sure if it's metal or not am running APC BGM2200B-GR Back-UPS Pro for Gaming, 2200VA/1320W, Tower, 230V, 4x Schuko and 2x IEC C13 outlets, RGB Lights, Pure Sine Wave that has surge protection RJ 45 ports in the back

It's still good, I cant believe all I had to do was switch to WiFi.. Everything is smooth, i can't feel any input lag but I have to deal with 5-7 more ping

The other devices connected to the WiFi now runs smoother too, very very odd. I could feel the input delay on my iPhone before and now nothing. If someone has any better explanation than the previous replies i would love to hear it.
